Our Philosophy

We understand that litigation can be very stressful. The last thing you need is an attorney who will collect their retainer, fail to return calls, refuse to include you in the legal process, and take every opportunity to maximize their fees at your expense.

We understand these concerns and we pride ourselves on our honest and straightforward approach to dealing with our clients and their legal concerns. It is important to us to give you an easy to understand analysis of your situation and explain your legal options.

We make ourselves available to answer your questions and concerns and will aggressively pursue the best interest of our clients. We firmly believe that the best interest of our clients represents much more than just succeeding at the courthouse, it means giving our clients a clear picture of their options and assisting them in making a choice which makes financial and legal sense, even if it means that we collect less legal fees. We also believe that one of the most important parts of representing you is to ensure regular communication. This includes promptly returning your phone calls and e-mails, initiating communication with you concerning your case, and accommodating your busy schedule, whether by meeting you at your business or home or after regular business hours.

It is also important for us to offer you as much certainty as can be expected when it comes to legal fees. On many matters, we can quote a flat-rate price which includes both our legal fees and court costs. This allows you to best prepare for the costs of your case without worrying how much it will cost to send that last e-mail or make that last phone call to our office. In cases where we are unable to ascertain a flat-rate, we will make every effort to give you a clear picture of what your legal fees may be, and bill you regularly so as to keep you well informed of the cost of the proceeding, allowing you to adjust accordingly.
